soup bone
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
1 T salt
3 lb. cubed beef
1 qt. tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1/2 C celery
parsley
4 whole pepper corns
1 bay leaf
3 C chopped cabbage
2 T dill
2 T sugar
1 qt. cooked beets, julienned
sour cream for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Boil soup bone, salt and vinegar for an hour or so in enough water to cover. Brown beef and add to pot along with remaining ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are tender, adding water as needed. Remove bay leaf. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on each bowl.
