Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs yellow or white potatoes
1/2 lb bacon, finely diced
1/2 c finely chopped onions
1/4 c Salata Vinegar (or herb vinegar)
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Beef bouillon cube
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 - 1/2 c water

Directions:
Directions:

Boil the unpeeled potatoes until fork goes in easily. Drain and let cool slightly. Meanwhile, fry the diced bacon until crispy. While still warm, peel and slice the potatoes into a bowl. Add the bacon and maybe a little bit of the bacon grease (gives it a yummy taste). Add the chopped onions, oil and vinegar. Dissolve the bouillon cube in some water and bring to a boil. Pour over your potatoes, it is important only to add as much broth as needed (it depends on how much the potatoes soak up). Add salt and pepper to taste. And voila, you are done. Serve warm and Guten Appetit!

Personal Notes:
Bear in mind that I NEVER measure anything for this recipe, so I made an "educated guess" with the measurement of the ingredients.
Keep tasting the salad, especially towards the end, you might have to add more vinegar. Personally I don't mind tasting it, since it is one of my favorite dishes, reminding me of my Germany :)
