Prepare mixture for Meat Loaf ( recipe this book) except-decrease milk to 1/4 cup.

Shape mixture into twenty 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in ungreased baking pan. Bake in 400º oven about 20 minutes. If you want to freeze them, cool then place in pint freezer containers, label and freeze.

To serve frozen meatballs, heat 1 jar (about 15 ounces) favorite spaghetti sauce in 1 quart saucepan to boiling; add frozen meatballs. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until meatballs are hot, about 20 minutes. Serve with hot cooked spaghetti or noodles. Or heat 1 can (10 1/4 ounces) beef gravy to boiling; add frozen meatballs and heat through. Serve with mashed potatoes.
