2 lb. hash browns, semi-frozen
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cups (500 ml.) sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
1 cup cheddar cheese

Mix together; pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake one hour at 325F until bubbly
