2 small cans of diced chilies
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese
8oz. sharp cheddar cheese
6-7 eggs - separated
salt and pepper
hot sauce (Optional)
2 c. picante sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour chilies in 9 x 13 dish.
Mix cheeses and sprinkle over chilies
Beat whites until fluffy.  Pour whites over cheese. Salt & Pepper yolks, add hot sauce to your taste and pour over whites.
Bake 350º for 35 minutes. Remove.
Warm picante sauce in microwave, and pour over everything.
Bake another 5-7 minutes.
Enjoy this great Mexican dish.
