1/3 cup of unpopped popcorn
4 tbsp sugar (only 64 calories)
4 tbsp canola oil ( any oil will do )
Popcorn popper with lid and crank for stiring
Directions:

1. Preheat stovetop to medium setting.
2. Pour all ingredients into popper and close tightly.
3. Stir (with popper crank) constantly until popcorn is finished popping.
4 Pour into bowl and let cool.
