1 lb. hamburger
1/4 chopped onion
1 large (26 oz) can spaghetti sauce
6 oz pkg spaghetti
2 Tbsp butter
4 tsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion; add sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
Break spaghetti noodles into thirds and cook till tender - drain and add to hamburger mixture.
In saucepan, mix flour, salt, evaporated milk and water. Cook until thick - stirring frequently; then add butter and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
Layer 1/2 the hamburger mixture, cheese sauce, then rest of the hamburger mixture. Sprinkle rest of cheddar cheese on top. Bake 20-30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cover first 15 minutes, uncover last 10 minutes.
This also cooks well on low in the crock-pot.
