Brown:
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. hamburger

Layers:
Shredded Lettuce
1 (8oz.) bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can kidney beans
1 chopped onion
4 diced onions

Dressing:
1 ( 8oz.) bottle of Thousand Island, Catalina, or Western salad dressing.
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. taco seasoning
1 T. taco sauce
1 pkg. of tortilla chips.
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and add taco seasoning. Next layer the meat, lettuce, cheese, kidney beans, onion, and tomatoes. Refrigerate ingredients layered in that order. Mix dressing and crushed chips into salad right before serving.
