1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
2 tbs. lemon juice
1 tbsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar. Shake or mix well and to dissolve sugar. To use as a marinade, pour over beef, or chicken cubes, pork chops or steak. Let sit (in refrigerator) 2-3 hrs, stirring once in a while.

Can be used when broiling meat-brush meat with marinade before broiling or grilling, and brush 2 to three times while cooking.

Do not use as a sauce for dipping, unless it is simmered (slight boil) for 10 minutes.
