1/2 gallon whole milk
1/4 lb butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup rice
1 egg
1/2 pint heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 oz of Amaretto, Kahlua or Frangelico (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the milk, butter and sugar to slow boil. Add rice. Lower flame to simmer and cook 45 minutes. Make sure it is a gentle boil and stir often. While the rice is cooking, prepare remaining ingredients. After rice has cooked completely, remove from heat. Add cream mixture and blend well. Put into serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Let cool. Refrigerate before serving.
