3 c. flour
1 large tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. shortening
1 egg - beaten
5 Tbs. water - cold
1 Tbs vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. cut shortening into flour and salt mixture until lumps are size of peas or smaller.
2. beat egg into water, then beat in vinegar.
3. pour liquid into flour and mix.
4. divide into 3 smaller balls.
5. wrap in plastic and chill.
6. refrigerate for up to one week. Can freeze up to one year.
7. roll out on floured countertop.
* Do not handle dough much. It will be tough if you do.
