1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. parmesan cheese grated
2 tbs. basil, fresh, chopped
2 tbs. red onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic crushed (our family likes more)
1/2 c. tomato chopped
1 c.frozen spinach, thawed, drained, chopped

Directions:

Mix cream cheese and all remaining ingredients except tomato with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spoon into a 9 inch quiche or pie plate. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
