3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 t ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs 5 minutes. Gradually add sugar, pumpkin, and lemon juice. Combine flour, baking powder, spices and salt. Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread on greased and floured 15x10 pan. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Turn onto a terrycloth towel that has been spread with powdered sugar. Roll towel and cake together to cool.

Filling:
6 oz cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
4 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Beat together until spreadable. Spread filling on cake. Roll and chill.
