1 (6.2 oz.) package instant Polenta, cooked as directed
1 c. red bell peppers sliced, saute'd
2 T. extra virgin olive oil, plus
4 oz. link sweet Italian turkey sausage, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Grease a round qt. pan with olive oil. Pour cooked Polenta into greased pan. Brush Polenta with 2 T. olive oil. Top Polenta with saute'd bell peppers. Add cooked sausage. Bake 15 minutes.

Careful while Polenta cooks 1 minute, it pops up out of pot and can burn you. Cook in 2 qt. or larger pot, with salted (1 tsp.) water.
Microwave frozen sausage 7 minutes.
