3 Egg Whites
1 Cup Sugar
23 Ritz© Crackers, Crushed
1 Cup Pecans, Chopped
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Small Cool Whip©
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy, add sugar a small amount at a time and beat until stiff but not dry. Mix cracker crumbs and pecans and fold into egg mixture. Add vanilla and pour into buttered dish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes, let cool then top with cool whip.
