1 Lb. Ground Meat
2 Cans Of Cut String Beans Or 1/2 Bag Of Frozen
4 Medium White Potatoes
2 Small Onions
1/2 Bell Pepper
Salt, Black And Cayenne Pepper
2 Tsp.Minced Garlic
1 Egg
2 Tbsp.Ketchup (Optional)

Put skillet on high. Mix ground meat, egg, 1 small onion, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 tsp. garlic and seasoning well in bowl. Make a loaf and sear it on each side in the middle of oiled/greased skillet. Once it is seared, drop the heat to medium. Peel and dice potatoes. Mix in bowl with 1/2 onion, 1 tsp. garlic and seasoning then put in skillet on one side of meatloaf. Drain string beans if using canned ones, then mix in bowl with 1/2 onion and seasoning then put on the other side of meatloaf in skillet. Pour water on the sides of everything, enough to see it. Make sure you never let the water get too low or it will burn. Cook for 45 mins. If you are putting it, spread ketchup on top of meatloaf at 30 mins. then continue cooking it for the remaining 15 mins. Serve and enjoy!
