20 lbs turkey, cooked
3 to 4 bags bread cubes
1 onion
1 bunch celery
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put onion and celery in blender and chop fine, using water for liquid to used in the gravy. Cook turkey and pick from bones. Chop in small pieces mix cubes, celery and onion. Beat 8 to 10 eggs and mix in. Make gravy from turkey broth and pour over all making I the consistency of a dressing. Put in oven and cook slowly 2 to 3 hours at 325 degrees, stirring occasionally. Serve warm. This amount makes an electric roaster nearly full.
