1 Pack Of Fresh Mushrooms
2 Cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup or 1 Can Of Cream Of Mushroom Soup and 1 Can Of Cream Of Celery Soup

Directions:
Saute' 1 onion,1 bell pepper, a box of mushrooms, and a stick of butter in the bottom of a soup pot while that is cooking I use 1-2 ham steaks (depending on how much meat you want) and a 1/2 -1 pack of Tasso. I cut the ham into bite size chunks and I cut the Tasso into small pieces. When you are done you just put it in the pot with the onions. I also put the bone in the pot for “flavor”. Let them all just brown for 5 minutes. You then put your 2 lbs of brown potatoes pealed cut very small. You fill it up with water just to barley cover the potatoes. Then let it start to boil, when is starts to boil you put in 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup. Let that cook for 30-40 minutes. After it is all done about 2 lbs of red potatoes bite size large pieces. That’s when I add a 1/2 pint of half and half that way its creamy! Let it cook for another 15-20 minutes and then it will be cooked

Personal Notes:
The reason for the two different potatoes is the brown ones will dissolve and make more of a creamy juice and the red ones will stay whole so you will have a substance to eat!! I know some people don’t put any meat in the pot but fry some bacon on the side and then put it into the bowl after crumbled that’s when you add the cheese and chives more like a Beginnings!!! We also like it with Italian Sausage instead and you add kale to it to more like a Olive Garden soup!!!
