Directions:
Mix 1 c peanut butter with 1 stick of butter. Add 2-1/2 cups powdered sugar. Divide up into about 36 pieces and roll into balls and refrigerate for 1 hour. Melt 1 12 oz pkg of white chocolate chips with 2 Tablespoons Solid Veg. shortening (I used Crisco Butter). Dip the balls into the white chocolate and refrigerate until set. I used a green tube of frosting and dobbed a small dot on each eyeball, put a brown m&m on each one. I then made red frosting (mixing white all ready made frosting with red food coloring). I found that using a new Paint brush with a small brush does really good making the blood shot veiny eyes.
