1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 C butter, softened
2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325

In a large bowl, beat 1/2 cup powdered sugar, butter, and extracts until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, salt, and pecans. Mix until dough forms. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 325. Watch closely until set but not brown. Remove, cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
