1 lb ground beef
2 large eggs
2 cups bread crumbs (Italian style or plain)
approx 2 Tbsp (each) Parsley, Basil, Garlic Powder,Fennel,
Dash of salt & pepper
water if needed to mix thoroughly

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Add a little bit of water if mixture is to dry to mix.
3. Roll into balls and fry for meatballs or make hamburg patties and fry or bake.
4. Saute some onions to top hamburg
