2 T. butter
2 tsp. olive oil
1 large onion chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 cups fresh tomatoes, (canned or fresh)
2 T. fresh basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. celery salt
8 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:

Melt butter in large pot over medium-low heat and add olive oil. Add onion and garlic, cook stirring until translucent. Add tomatoes, oregano, basil, and celery salt. Bring to a boil and add chicken broth. Simmer about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
