3 lbs. peeled crawfish
3 sticks butter
3 onions chopped
3 bell peppers chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
4 to 6 pods garlic chopped
2 tbls. Parsley
1 pint half & half
1 lb. Kraft jalapeno cheese
1 lb. fettuccini noodles
¼ cup flour
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee onions, bell peppers, and celery in butter until tender.
Add parsley, garlic, and crawfish and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add jalapeno cheese, flour, and half & half. Stir. Lower heat and simmer for ½ hour.
Boil noodles. Drain. Add to mixture. Stir well.
Pour into greased casserole dish and top with grated cheddar or parmesan cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
