2 lb. lean cubed pork
3 101/2 oz. cans chicken broth
2 7 oz. cans chopped green chilis
1 16 oz. can chopped tomatoes
12 flour tortillas
2 16 oz. can refried beans
2 c. grated mexican cheeses
3 c. shredded lettuce
3 tomatoes, chopped
Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer pork in broth until tender and cooked. Add tomatoes and canned chilis. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Spread each tortilla with refried beans. With slotted spoon,put pork on tortilla,reserving liquid. Add cheese, fold up tortilla. Place in greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350º for 15 minutes. Thicken sauce with cornstarch. Spoon over burritos. Top with lettuce and tomatoes!

I use my crock pot for this recipe and do not bake. Everything is still hot so I make the sauce and pour over the top!! The sauce is good on rellanos, burritos, enchiladas, etc!! YUMMO!
