1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter or marg.
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 pkg. (4 serv size) vanilla INSTANT pudding
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. oats (quick)
6 oz. choc. chips

Mix flour with soda and set aside. Cream together: butter, sugars and pudding. Beat in 2 eggs. Gradually add flour then stir in oats and chips.
Bake @ 375º 8 - 10 min.
