1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in one cup warm water. Add salt, sugar, and oil; stir well. Add 2 cups flour. Beat well. Add 1 cup flour. Knead to form ball. Oil ball and let dough rise twice in size.
This will make a big cookie sheet size pizza crust.
