2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. oil (could be vegetable or canola)
1 minced garlic clove
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat uncooked macaroni and oil in large skillet over medium heat. Continue stirring until macaroni is yellow in color. Add the chopped onion, green pepper, garlic. Heat until well mixed. Continue stirring and then add all remaining ingredients. Increase heat and bring mixture to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

This is one of my favorite things to make for the kids, and Mason loves it. Sometimes I add sausage or chicken but mostly I make it like this and it is delicious. Everyone in the family loves it.
