Ingredients:
I tube of refrigerated biscuits
1 stick of butter
several tablespoons of blue cheese crumbles
1 pie dish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Pinch each biscuit into four pieces and line pie dish in concentric circles with biscuits just touching. Melt butter and throw in cheese. Stir off heat and pour over raw biscuits puffs. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Recipe calls for one stick of butter but I think I'd like them better if I cut back butter just a bit.
