1 Lb. Stew Meat
1/2 Cup Carrots
1/2 Cup Celery
1/2 Cup Onions
1/2 Cup Turnips
1 Can Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Barley
2 Qt. Water
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil stew meat in water for 1 hour in a covered pot, then add vegetables and can of tomatoes. Cook on medium in a covered pot for 45 minutes and then
add barley and bring to a low boil cooking for an additional 45 minutes.
