Ingredients:
2 c. raw rice
1/2 lb. brown sugar
4 cardamoms
1/2 qt. coconut oil
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the rice overnight, grind and sieve into a container to make rice flour. Boil sugar with water until it is slightly thick. Add the rice flour to boiled sugar gradually and mix it into a dough. Pour oil into a pan and heat it on the stove. When the oil is sufficiently heated, pour small quantities of the prepared dough with a small measuring cup into the oil. Take a thin wooden rod and place it in the middle of the dough while rotating it slowly. Add some more dough to get a little round on the top (looking like a knot on top). When it is golden brown drain the oil, take it out of the pan and place it on a paper towel.
