1 c. (or 4 scoops) unflavored protein powder (can substitute for vanilla)
1/2 c. oat flour
2 tbsp. of stevia
1 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. greek yogurt
2 large eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. chocolate chips
8x8 baking pan
cooking spray

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 350º. Spray baking pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl combine your dry ingredients: protein powder, oat flour, stevia, pumpkin pie spice and baking powder. In a second bowl mix wet ingredients: pumpkin, greek yogurt, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Put batter into pan.
Bake for 28 minutes or until set in the middle and slightly browned on the edges. Allow to cool.
Cut into 9 squares.
