½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1½ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 - 3 bananas, mashed
½ cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream
½ cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, mix the butter & sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda, salt and stir into the sugar mixture. When mixed well add the bananas, yogurt and walnuts. Pour into the loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes. Toothpick test should be clean.
