Port Tenderloin, one package (normally 2 inside)
Olive oil (enough to drizzle over top)
Cayenne pepper (enough to sprinkle over top)
Garlic salt (enough to sprinkle over top)
2 tbsp. hoisen sauce
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 or 3 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp. chopped ginger

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º. Place pork in baking pan and coat with olive oil, cayenne pepper and garlic salt. In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the top of the pork. Cover and marinate up to 1 hour or just bake right away. Cook for 20 minutes, covered with foil then lower temperature to 375º and cook for another 10 minutes. Let it rest after taking it out of the oven for about 10 minutes. Slice and serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
