2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/4 Cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 Cup chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 Cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle more cornflakes on top. Pour an additional 1/4 cup butter over top. Bake at 350º
for 45-55 minutes.

Again another dish that we all have made with my mother at one time or another. It has become a staple as an everyday side and for Christmas morning breakfast.
