1 pkg. chocolate wafers finely crushed
1/2 c butter

1 pkg. gelatin
1/4 c cold water
1/3 c white rum
6 egg yolks
1 c sugar
1 pint whipping cream, whipped
12-14 fresh strawberries, washed, dried and halved

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wafers and butter and press into the bottom of a greased 9 inch springform pan.
In a small saucepan put the gelatin and water. Bring to a slight boil to dissolve the gelatin. Then cool. Add rum and set aside.
Beat egg yolks until thick and gradually add the sugar beating constantly.
Fold in the gelatin mixture and then gently fold in the whipped cream.
Pour into the springform pan and refrigerate.
When set garnish with halved strawberries..
