1 c butter
1/2 c icing sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch

1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can eagle brand condensed milk
1/3 c lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

fresh strawberries sliced
fresh raspberries
kiwis

Directions:

Use tiny muffin tins about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Yields about 3 dozen.
Mix butter, icing sugar, flour and cornstarch. Pat mixture into tart tins. Prick bottoms with a fork and then bake in 335 oven for 15-20 minutes. Prick bottoms again half way through baking time.

In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Fill tarts at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend and top with fresh fruit of your choice.
