4 cups sugar
2 ounces instant Coffee less 2 Tablespoons
2 cups water
5th Whiskey
1 vanilla bean

Mix the sugar, coffee and water together and melt over low flame. Cool. Add in the 5th of Whiskey and 1 vanilla bean. Let sit for two weeks. Makes 1/2 gallon.
