2 pheasants, cut up, or 12 dove breasts
6 strips bacon
1 c. onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. carrots, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Oil
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º
Cut bacon in thirds. Fry to medium, not crispy. Remove. Saute' vegetables in bacon grease, remove. Add oil to skillet, flour and brown pheasants or doves. Place meat in a greased baking dish and cover with bacon slices. Heat soup and milk, add soy sauce and vegetables. Pour over bacon, cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours, uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.

Serve with boiled new potatoes, mashed potatoes or over rice.
