1-2 lbs. flank steak
oregano
salt
pepper
parsley flakes
green olives
garlic powder
onion powder
1 small onion
oil
8-16 oz. tomato sauce (Hunts)
Sherry Cooking Wine

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, boil water (1/2 full). Sprinkle meat with spices. Place in boiling water & lower heat to medium. Cover pan. Boil 2 hrs, turning meat once. Separate meat with 2 forks until all shredded, removing any fat. In frying pan-cover the bottom of pan with oil & brown onion. Mix meat in heated oil mixing well. Then add tomato sauce, some olives, and sherry cooking wine.Stir well and lower heat to simmer for 5 minutes.
