1 Can Of Black Beans ( Or Your favorite Canned Bean )
1/2 Cup Long Grain Uncooked Rice
1 Cup Water
1 Diced Jalapeņo
1/4 Cup Chopped Spam
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1/2 Chopped Onion
1 Diced Tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the contents of a can of black beans (or white or red or brown whichever you may have) into the pot with one cup of water and 1/2 cup (if you happen to have an onion and tomato cut them up and throw them in there) of rice. Dice up one jalapeņo and one can of Vienna sausage (or spam) and put them in the pot. Add one chicken bouillon cube if you have some (if you don't have any bouillon cubes just add a little salt to taste). Bring to a boil and turn the temperature down to low and cover the pot. Then let it simmer on low for 25 minutes. Do not stir or lift the lid. DONE
