2 c cooked mashed sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. cream
2 tbsp melted butter
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c br. sugar
1/2 c butter
1 c pecan halves
Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix potatoes, cream, melted butter, salt and paprika. Spread in greased casserole dish. Make the topping by heating brown sugar and butter over low heart, stirring constantly, until butter is barely melted. Remove immediately and spread over potatoes and top with pecan halves. Refrigerate until ready to heat. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until bubbling hot.
