1 large can peaches in heavy syrup
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour peaches into a 13X9 pyrex dish. Crumble 3/4 cake mix over peaches. Make sure you break up all the clumps. Sprinkle sugar over the cake mix. Slice butter into thin slices and cover entire top. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
