1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. all purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3 large eggs, well beaten
2 T. melted butter
1 1/2 c. cultured whole buttermilk
1 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and salt. Blend in eggs. Add butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until set.
