for the Dough:

flour 200g
butter 100g
egg 1
some salt


for the top:

onions 700g
eggs 2
whipped cream 200 ml
parmesan 100 g
bacon
some salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the onions and bacon in little pieces and cook it and let it cool down.
Mix the whipped cream with the eggs, the parmesan and cooled onions. Spice with salt and pepper.
Cook at 350º until top is Golden Brown
