1 stick margarine
2 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
1 c. mild
2 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in a 9X13 baking dish. In a bowl combine self rising flour, sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla. Spool into baking dish over melted margarine, but do not stir. Mix the topping and sprinkle over batter. Pour 3 cups of boiling water over this. Do not stir. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes. Do not overcook. Cobbler will be cake like in the middle and syrupy around the edges. Serve warm with ice cream.
