1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
2 pkg. crescent rolls
8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
8 eggs, lightly scrambled
Milk
Cheddar cheese or the cheese of your preference

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9X12 casserole pan with one sheet of crescent rolls to form a bottom crust. Cook until the crescent roll crust is lightly browned, about 7 minutes at 350º. While the crust is cooking, brown the sausage. Once the sausage is thoroughly cooked, mix the cream cheese into the sausage. In another bowl, scramble the eggs and milk. Cook the eggs until they are no longer runny but not firm. Layer the sausage and cream cheese mixture, slightly cooked eggs, and cheese on the bottom crust. Place the remaining sheet of crescent rolls over the filling for the top crust. bake for 20-25 minutes at 350º
