Any size pot roast
1 pkg. onion & mushroom soup mix (I use Lipton - but any will do)
1 can chopped tomatoes (can be w/garlic or spicy - depending on your family's taste buds)
1 jar of beef gravy (again with mushrooms, if your family likes them)

Directions:
Directions:
Set crock pot on low. Put pot roast in crock pot. Pour can of tomatoes on roast.
Pour gravy over tomatoes. Fill can of tomatoes and gravy with water and pour around edges of roast. Sprinkle dried onion and mushroom soup mix on top of gravy. Salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Cover and walk away for 8-10 hours.
