1lb. hamburg
11/2c. breadcrumbs
1/3c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
5.5oz. v-8 juice
2 lg. eggs
1/3c. celery
pinch salt/pepper
1 tbsp. worcestshire sauce
10oz. squeezed chopped spinach
1tbsp. mustard
1tsp. garlic salt
4oz. mozz. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except the mozz. cheese and spinach in a bowl. Add to the hamburg. mix well, then roll out the hamburg mixture in a rectangle. Add spinach and top with the mozz. cheese. Then roll rectangle, bake with the fold side down. bake at 350, you can also close the folds on the sides.Bake about an hour.
