1 pkg. prepared stuffing mix (stove top type) - Prepared according direction

1 16 oz. Pkg. California blend frozen vegetable

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing mix according to pkg. directions and put on bottom of

greased 10 X 7 inch pan. Cook vegetables in enough water to cover (about

10 min.). Drain and mix with the can of soup and sour cream. Pour on top

of stuffing mix. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.

Our Aunt Peggy Anderson served this casserole to us while we visited her in North Dakota. She is a wonderful cook! I have made it for potluck dinners and it always goes over very well (I double the recipe when I take it to potlucks). There will be none left to take home.
