1 C. brewed coffee, room temperature
1 C. red wine
1/2 C. olive oil
4 medium cloves garlic, grated
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate for up to two days. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Use for steak or pork.
